New Zealand is currently in a cost of living crisis. Due to high interest rates, extended build times and limited land available, Small By Choice Homes saw a gap in the market for good quality, affordable housing that could be built within a matter of weeks at a reasonable price and most importantly, were both council compliant and built in accordance with the NZ building code.
We’re proud as punch to be bringing our builds to the Wellington and Lower North Island marketplace as a great alternative solution for investment property buyers, retirees looking to downsize, homeowners looking to build a granny flat or sleepout on their property and first home buyers looking to get onto the property ladder with a low-cost build that still meets the code of compliance rules.
